Individuals who decide to self-exclude themselves from operating an account with BetFox, can do so at any time by contacting our service team. On such a request we will close the customer's account operated under the mobile number communicated to us and will do our best to detect and close any other accounts the individual might try to open with us during his period of exclusion. Further, we will not send any marketing material to a self-excluded customer and recommend him to self-exclude also with any other operators that he may hold accounts with.

Customers who wish to resume business with us after a self-exclusion period have to contact us in order to re-open their account and are required to complete a further 24 hours cooling-off period before they will be permitted to resume use of our gambling facilities.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble on BetFox. We take our responsibility in this aspect very seriously and use clear notices on our website stating that the minimum age to open an account is 18.

If on completion of age verification a customer is shown to be underage, we will return to the customer any money paid in respect of the use of the gambling facilities, but no winnings will be paid.
